The house is located on a plot of 15.000m2, so it enjoys absolute privacy.  On the property there is a tennis court, a swimming pool with outdoor shower and guest toilet, as well as a spacious covered outdoor kitchen with seating. The upper part of the B&B is currently used as a private house. It offers a kitchen with access to the large living room, which in turn has access to the covered terrace overlooking the sea. In addition, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The third bedroom with private terrace can be used privately or counted among the guest rooms, as it has its own entrance via a staircase.  On the pool level are the four guest apartments with en-suite bathrooms. All with their own terrace and independent entrances. They have been decorated with different themes and have their own charm created by touches of style.  Throughout the property there are seating areas with sun loungers or hammocks. There you can relax and unwind.  A large car park, partially covered, offers enough space to park several cars.  Next to the guest toilet of the pool there is a laundry room and a storage room.
